Hello everyone – we wanted to reach out and thank everyone who participated in the April 2009 Mindfulness and Movement Retreat. We enjoyed hosting this three day retreat – great fresh food, morning and evening yoga practice, mindfulness meditation development, rock climbing, ayurveda introduction, and a very special ayurveda meal prepared on Saturday evening.
